2 〔筋道だてて説明する〕 treat of…; deal with….

3 〔問題にする〕 consider; take into consideration [account].

●論じるに足りない[値しない] be not worth consideration; be of no consequence [account]; count for nothing.

●100 万円や 200 万円の損は論じるに足りない. The loss of one or two million yen does not matter at all.

・そんな問題は論じるに値しない. That type of problem doesn't even merit discussion.
